  • What should I do if my move is approaching, and I’m not finished packing?
    If you need help packing, please contact our office via email or phone as soon as possible. We can arrange for packing assistance, provided there’s enough notice. If required, we can also bring packing supplies. Packing services are included in your hourly rate if you provide your own supplies; otherwise, additional supplies may incur extra costs.
  • Should I empty my dressers before the move?
    Yes, emptying your dressers makes them lighter and prevents items from shifting or falling out during transit.
  • Do you offer disassembly and reassembly services?
    Yes, we disassemble and reassemble furniture at no additional charge. This is included in the hourly rate for your move.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Please note that a 4% fee applies to credit card transactions.
